Job Description :
This is an operationally focused role and contributes to the overall performance of the Inside Sales Team.
As an Account Manager you will be responsible for negotiation of the terms of sale; however you must work within the defined guidelines and ensure that all agreed sales are of the best interest to the company.
You will be expected to work independently within minimal supervision. You must be self motivated and have the ability to use your own initiative to ensure that you meet your sales targets.
* To achieve personal monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
*To identify and secure sales opportunities from your customer protfolio.
*To manage allocated customer group and where applicable manage prospective customer group.
*To promote and champion the full range of company products available within Office Direct.
*To provide an efficient service to customer base ensuring that all customer expectations are met.
*To meet or exceed sales call standards as set by your line manager.
*To respond and resolve any customer service issues in a timely and professional manner including feedback to the relevant business areas.
